Franka Uche Valentić
Franka Uche Valentić is an entrepreneur with a passion for beauty, cultural representation, and empowerment. Originally from Nigeria, she relocated to Zagreb, Croatia, in 2018, where she identified a significant gap in the availability of quality hair care products and services tailored to African hair.
Driven by personal experience and the challenges she faced in maintaining her natural hair in a new environment, Franka was inspired to create a solution not just for herself, but for a growing community of women with similar needs. Her vision led to the establishment of Mara Hair Boutique, a brand committed to providing high-quality hair products that cater specifically to textured hair while maintaining natural beauty and standards.
Under her leadership, the company aims to bridge the gap in the market by offering products that are both accessible, affordable and effective.
